After interviewing foreign nationals I crafted a strategy for tackling low brand awareness. We then woke up B2B consumers by creating a loveable, clumsy character, running him in four different spots throughout UK, France, Germany and US — including in taxicabs in Las Vegas during CES. 39% of site visitors watched more video, or in the words of our client: “This is the most traffic any one of our campaign landing pages has ever had.” But I didn’t make “Charlie” — he made me: props to director Ryan Steven Green, CCO Darin Beaman, Plantronics digital media team, and winsome actor Charles Pecoraro.
